We need one recent energy invoice per meter to start. From that we get the MPAN/MPRN, your consumption profile and your contract end date. We raise a Letter of Authority so we can request 12 months of historic usage from your incumbent — that’s what tells us whether you’re on peak-heavy, seasonal, or flat usage, and shapes the panel quote.
We don’t quote without the usage profile. A quote against a guessed profile is how SMEs end up locked into a 36-month fixed rate that turns out to be wrong for their business.
Switch logistics: we raise the contract, pre-populate everything, and send a single-page contract to you for signature. Supplier handover takes 5–15 days depending on who you’re leaving. You never deal with your old supplier’s retention team.
