Before Just B2B, the four of us worked at lenders, a fintech, a card processor and an energy supplier. We watched too many UK SME owners lose a Tuesday to the wrong phone tree, the wrong form, the wrong product. We met for a coffee in 2022 and drew the same diagram on a napkin: one broker, four desks, one person answering the call.
Two things made Just B2B possible. First, the market opened up: 100+ regulated UK finance lenders actively quote SME facilities now, and most will accept a broker-led application with a clean file. Second, we’d all watched clients sign the wrong card processing contract because a salesperson called at the right time; we knew the rate benchmarks cold.
